It’s the end of the year, a time for New Year resolutions.
“Don’t let anyone rob you of your imagination, your creativity, or your curiosity. It’s your place in the world; it’s your life. Go on and do all you can with it, and make it the life you want to live.” — Mae C. Jemison, first African-American woman astronaut
There are seasons in life when we become anew. Imagine what our lives would be like if we were able to live out our dreams!
It’s the Christmas season, a time of peace, a time for giving and a time for New Year resolutions. Now is the time for new beginnings. What are your inspirations? Is there something you’ve wanted to do but have yet to begin?
Alfred Tennyson once said, “Hope smiles from the threshold of the year to come, whispering ‘it will be happier’..”
Has this past year been a year you would rather forget? Are you hoping next year will be more prosperous, happy, or blessed?
Making your life count is an enchanting prospective. Use your imagination, dream big dreams, and find your life’s purpose.
For thousands of years, people had watched for the coming of the Messiah. They had prayed and fasted and believed. But it was not until “the time had fully come” that Christ arrived on earth. Nothing is ever too soon or too late, for God’s timing is the right timing, in everything. Trust in this.
Live by faith that one day whatever you’re pursuing – your dreams and goals – will one day come to pass.
Faith is trusting, while still unknown, in the unanswered prayers of your lifetime. Remember God still cares about the little things.
All you have to do is your part and let God take care of the rest.
Set new goals for the New Year.
New Year Resolution Number One:
