What is your purpose? What are your dreams in life? Each of us has dreams we desire, a purpose in life we want to accomplish. Has anyone ever asked you what difference you’re making? Have you ever asked yourself that question? When we’re walking the path towards our dreams and reaching for those goals we desire, then we’re achieving, and we’re happiest when we’re doing what we love to do.
Living your dream gives you a sense of purpose. It fulfills you with an abundance of joy. Each of us has gifts and talents that make us unique. We have independent experiences that make us different from one another. What inspires you?
There are billions of people in this world, yet not one is exactly the same. Each of us has separate abilities combined with our unique experiences, personalities and traits that make us distinctive from all the rest.
What are your goals to achieving your dreams?
Our dreams are inspired by others who share them. We relate to those who share our passions. The ones who encourage us to go for our dreams are important to us. Those people who reside in our corner and rally for us are keepers. We need them.
When we reflect upon our lives, we look at our inadequacies, our successes and failures.
Go ahead and explore your past but don’t stay there. You were made to be someone of significance. Your past doesn’t define you nor does your job, your financial status, or your marital status.
You are who you are today because of your past experiences, your dreams, your goals and the relationships in your life. Focus on tomorrow and keep your dreams in front of you. Don’t give up when times get tough. Keep pressing forward. Remember where you’ve been, but cherish where you’re going.
Walt Disney knew about childhood dreams.
Walt Disney believed in dreams. He said, “A person should set his goals as early as he can and devote all his energy and talent to getting there.”
Take Walt Disney’s wisdom and carry it with you. “Around here, however, we don’t look backwards for very long. We keep moving forward, opening up new doors and doing new things… and curiosity keeps leading us down new paths,” quote from Meet the Robinsons by Walt Disney.
